  • we reviewed the new learning from p 87-88
  • we practised asking & answering questions with the new vocab while working with partner on p 89
  • we reviewed & practised the structures on p 91-92 
  • I added some optional language gym activities on the theme of clothing

***Students took time to catch up on any missed practice work, to clarify, to study and to prepare for the final on Thursday. Students also worked through the remaining unit in the Listening Workbook and handed them in.

    • opinions & ‘les pronoms toniques’ p 74-75
    • Do p 79 – 81 (p82 – 83 are optional – great vocab for level up & p 83 shows good examples of sentence complexity)
    • Read ‘la vente du garage’ p 84-86 with partners & complete the questions on p 87-88

***End of semester listening, reading & writing assessments are scheduled for Wednesday/Friday 

To be ready for class on Wednesday

  • review concepts & vocabulary for ‘la maison’ and ‘la nourriture et les repas’
    • the reading assessment will cover both food & house vocab and concepts

***The final writing assessment on Friday will give you an opportunity to use all the language that you have learned this year in a creative way.

  • Listening Workbook: continuing work on unit 11, 12 or 13 (depending on what you have already completed)
