- reviewed the work they did last week (talking about what people did for themselves)
- worked through the interpretive reading “Cher Journal” on p 39
- continued to use the 50 Essential Verbs list to ask/answer questions in the past tense with partners

- continue to practise & review the vocabulary and structures of this unit

FR 11 Bloc 4
For class today, students
- reviewed last week’s interpretive work
- learned about Jeanne d’Arc through the reading on p 16-17 in the Royaume en danger unit & completed the interpretive activities on p 18
To be ready for class next week
- make sure class work is complete
- review texts & unit booklet for new vocabulary & comprehension … end of unit interpretive is scheduled for Thursday, April 14th
***Castle research will be shared on Wednesday/Thursday this week
- take notes in English, but be prepared to discuss in French
- save screenshots to your phone to make your conversation with partners more interesting
- make a point of using unit vocab & structures ***esp. past tense
- important objectives of Fr 11 are
- to be able to use more than one sentence to explain and describe
- staying in French throughout the entire conversation & working through challenges with communication together
- to be able to connect sentences
- to personalize communication & use a wider variety of expressions & vocabulary
